Program Details
During you try-dive trip you get to take the first steps into Oman’s beautiful underwater world. In combination with the chance to also snorkel before and after your try-dive, this trip makes the perfect day!
How Will My Trip Look Like?
Our team will welcome you at 8 AM in our dive center in Marina Bandar AL Rowdha. After a briefing from our instructor it is time to embark on our amazing journey.
We will take a 20 min. Boat ride to a beautiful location, which you can enjoy on top of our beautiful sundecks on board. Having reached the perfect site, you will have the chance to jump in and explore the area while snorkeling.
After snorkeling it is time to dive further into your adventure and kit up with your scuba gear. Our experienced dive instructor will lead you by hand on your Introduction Scuba Dive. You’ll enjoy a dive up to 25-minute to a maximum depth of 12 meters, giving you the chance to experience the ocean in a completely different way.
Of course, good food makes your day even better, so we will prepare a delicious BBQ lunch on board for you. After lunch we will head to another location to show you even more marine life before heading back to the marina around 1.30 PM.
Back in the diving center we will award you a personalized Certificate as you have just become part of the scuba diving community!

Water temperature ranges a lot here in Oman. In summer we have warm water with up to 32 degrees on the surface and in winter the surface water temperature is around 26 degrees. As soon as you descend the water gets colder of course, with around 28 degrees in summer and 24 in winter.
No, we do not offer transportation or Hotel pick-up. We have free parking behind our Dive Center and if you do not have your own car, we recommend to use the Otaxi App to get the best fares around Muscat.

Yes, our trips always take Snorkelers and Try Divers as well if requested. We will visit dive sites that are great for both, Scuba Diving and Snorkeling.
We do not recommend to join the boat for Snorkeling in case of unforeseen weather changes.
We do take children on our boat from 5 years for Snorkeling. Once they reach 10 years, they can also Try Dive with us.
Yes, we do have a toilet on the boat. Toilet and Showers can also be found in the Dive Center.
Your safety is always our top priority. If the weather or sea conditions are not safe for snorkeling, we will inform you and we can reschedule the trip depending on your availability.
If you want to become a certified diver you need to take the PADI Open Water Diving Course (3 days). If you don’t have time to finish a full course, you join us on a day trip and do a Try Dive.
