Bandar Khayran
Beyond the lively district of Mutrah lies the beautiful Bandar Khayran Bay. Here Muscat’s rugged coastline hosts reefs which truly are a treasure trove when it comes to maritime life. In many of the natural harbors and inlets of the bay you can find hidden lagoons only reachable by boat. In the secluded coves awaits a marine ecosystem bustling with life, home to vibrant corals and numerous marine species, making it the perfect spot for snorkeling and diving adventures.
Fahal Island
On the southern side of Al Mouj Marina the limestone wedge of Fahal Island offers divers healthy soft and hard coral gardens, a cave swim-through, and opportunities to see various species of shark resting on the seafloor. This small island offers excellent diving with reefs found down at 30 meters and the calm waters around Fahal Island are suitable for divers of all levels. Also Snorkeling at Fahal Island is worth a try, as the water is crystal clear and the colorful fish will not disappoint you.

Have you ever dreamed of Snorkeling or Scuba Diving in Crystal Clear water? With MolaMola Dive Center, a PADI Diving Center, we promise you the best Diving in Oman! Relax as you swim amongst the colorful reef and over stunning corals at Fahal or Daymaniyat Islands or Bandar Khayran.
The trip includes a BBQ and vegetarian lunch, freshly cooked on board by our captain. Lunch comes with a selection of soft drinks. Snacks and fruits are available throughout the day on the boat.
Don’t miss the chance to dive with a small group in two different dive sites and see a variety of beautiful marine life such as turtles, zebra sharks or even whalesharks at our favorite place.

We went scuba diving to Daymaniat Islands last week and had a really good time. Morgan and Greg die a good job to make us enjoy the day. We saw zebra sharks, cephalopods and many more. Many many fish and soft corals.
Food and drinks on bord were good, I would have wished for some proteins for vegetarians though.
I would definately recommend when in Muscat and come back.

Had a fabulous time today (17/07/25) with MolaMola for the Muscat: Daymaniyat Islands Snorkelling Trip with BBQ Lunch. The lady on the check-in desk was fantastic and extremely helpful! We went on Mokka for the trip. All staff/crew were very informative - gave clear safety briefing at the start and talked us through the different areas we will visit and snorkel. We would highly recommend this company and trip whilst visiting Muscat! Thank you to the whole team!
